La primera opci\u00f3n puede resultar m\u00e1s \u00e1gil en primera instancia, pero luego y a medida que comienzan a aparecer las primeras <strong>disyuntivas<\/strong> propias de la din\u00e1mica empresarial, el panorama se complica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo sabemos qu\u00e9 camino tomar si no sabemos a d\u00f3nde queremos llegar?<\/strong> La elaboraci\u00f3n de un plan y la definici\u00f3n de sus objetivos son la <strong>hoja de ruta<\/strong> que facilitar\u00e1 a nuestra empresa llegar a destino.<\/p>\n<h2>Principales Caracter\u00edsticas de los Objetivos<\/h2>\n<p>Establecer los objetivos que queremos alcanzar no es tarea f\u00e1cil. Cumplir con los siguientes <strong>requisitos<\/strong> te ayudar\u00e1 a definirlos correctamente y fijar el camino a seguir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Espec\u00edficos<\/strong>: Trata de ser lo m\u00e1s <strong>espec\u00edfico y claro<\/strong> posible. \u201cAumentar las ventas\u201d no es tan espec\u00edfico como por ejemplo s\u00ed lo es \u201caumentar las ventas del producto X en un 20% en un per\u00edodo de 1 a\u00f1o en el mercado latinoamericano\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuantificables:<\/strong> Define el <strong>porcentaje o la cantidad exacta<\/strong> necesaria para cumplir el objetivo. Luego aseg\u00farate de <strong>medir tu progreso<\/strong> mediante indicadores que te ayuden a medir los resultados obtenidos (ventas, ingresos, <a title=\"ROI\" href=\"https:\/\/fromdoppler.com\/blog\/como-calculas-el-roi-de-tus-campanas-de-email-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\">ROI<\/a>, etc)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Realistas:<\/strong> A la hora de plantear los objetivos de la campa\u00f1a, <strong>las utop\u00edas sirven de poco<\/strong>. Procura ser realista. Si has venido teniendo ingresos anuales por $1.000, resultar\u00eda imprudente y poco factible que plantees lograr ingresos mensuales por esa cifra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De Corto y Largo Plazo:<\/strong> Plantear objetivos de corto plazo (1 a 12 meses) y de largo plazo (5 a 10 a\u00f1os) te permitir\u00e1 ir construyendo tu estrategia teniendo en cuenta dichas metas e ir <strong>disponiendo los recursos necesarios<\/strong> para conseguirlos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Algunos Tips Valiosos<\/h3>\n<p>Una vez definidos los objetivos aseg\u00farate de <strong>hacerlos p\u00fablicos<\/strong> para que todas las personas involucradas est\u00e9n informadas al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Transcurrido el plazo establecido en el plan, y en caso de haber alcanzado los objetivos establecidos, <strong>premia a los responsables del logro<\/strong>.
