Doppler te permite obtener reportes al instante para que puedas analizar el feedback de tus campa\u00f1as y as\u00ed mejorar los resultados de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El n\u00famero de aperturas de nuestras comunicaciones es uno de los datos primarios a considerar. Doppler cuenta con un sistema de rastreo en las campa\u00f1as de tipo HTML que permite identificar cuando los emails son abiertos por el destinatario, los clicks que se hacen dentro del contenido de la campa\u00f1a e incluso las veces que son reenviados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entonces,<em> \u00bfcu\u00e1ndo un email es considerado como apertura?<\/em> Un email se marca como apertura cuando el suscriptor visualiza las im\u00e1genes o hace click en alguno de los enlaces del HTML (esto incluye la previsualizaci\u00f3n en Outlook). Si el usuario no descarga las im\u00e1genes o no hace click en alg\u00fan hiperv\u00ednculo del HTML, el mismo no se marcar\u00e1 como apertura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si el usuario descarga el email en un cliente de correo (ejemplo: Outlook, ThunderBird, Mail) y luego se desconecta de internet para leer las comunicaciones,  no ser\u00e1 marcado como apertura. Siempre recuerda que en las campa\u00f1as de texto plano no es posible medir las aperturas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, podemos contar con un dato m\u00e1s objetivo respecto a la efectividad de nuestra campa\u00f1a. Es decir, podemos medir entre dos tipos diferentes de aperturas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aperturas \u00fanicas<\/strong>: representa la cantidad de personas que han abierto el email, y se distingue de las reaperturas o aperturas m\u00faltiples.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aperturas totales<\/strong>: son la contabilizaci\u00f3n total de las aperturas, independientemente de que un mismo destinatario abra varias veces la misma campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Aqu\u00ed te planteamos un ejemplo para que comprendas mejor:<\/em><br \/>\nSe env\u00eda correctamente una campa\u00f1a a 10.000 direcciones y se detectan 5.000 aperturas. De esas 5.000 peticiones se han detectado que solamente 4.000 son aperturas \u00fanicas, es decir, de esos 4.000 usuarios \u00fanicos algunos de ellos han abierto el correo m\u00e1s de una vez.
