Es decir, cada usuario recib\u00eda contenidos diferentes, en funci\u00f3n de la categor\u00eda o productos sobre los que mostraba inter\u00e9s. Tambi\u00e9n, crearon un calendario de acciones con diferentes tipos de Emails comerciales y asuntos diferentes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y sumaron 2 acciones para complementar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Creaci\u00f3n de Landing Page <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">previa al evento con registro exclusivo, para que las personas usuarias recibieran antes de la fecha las ofertas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Promocionar el flujo hacia el registro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en la Landing Page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 acciones puntuales implementaron para alcanzar sus objetivos?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Farmalife<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una marca que tiene categor\u00edas muy amplias, por lo cual, para construir su Estrategia segmentaron la comunicaci\u00f3n y la personalizaci\u00f3n de su mensaje en base a los comportamientos de compra, m\u00e9todos de pago utilizados, geolocalizaci\u00f3n del usuario y creaci\u00f3n de listas por cada categor\u00eda de inter\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para el Cyber Monday, cambiaron los contenidos de los Emails de Automatizaci\u00f3n como <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/es\/email-automation\/?utm_source=direct#carrito-abandonado\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carrito Abandonado <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con la est\u00e9tica puntual del evento. A esto le sumaron una nueva Automatizaci\u00f3n sobre los registros de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fromdoppler.com\/blog\/nuevo-lanzamiento-crea-potentes-landing-pages-con-doppler\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Landing Page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y trabajaron en los reenv\u00edos para quienes no abrieron los correos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s otra acci\u00f3n clave que tomaron para aumentar la Base de Datos fue sumar un m\u00f3dulo de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/es\/email-automation\/?utm_source=direct#envio-rss\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suscripci\u00f3n al Newsletter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en la home del sitio y complementar tambi\u00e9n con acciones comerciales en las sucursales, como sorteos, juegos y din\u00e1micas en el offline que les permitieran obtener nuevos Leads.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo sumaron otra acci\u00f3n como parte de la Estrategia, fue la de<\/span><b> Crosseling con productos del cat\u00e1logo.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Es decir, enviaron comunicaciones a bases segmentadas que hayan realizado compras de un producto, ofreciendo productos complementarios de la categor\u00eda para incentivar la recompra, tomados directamente del cat\u00e1logo de VTEX. Lo cual ha sido efectivo, logr\u00f3 que sea la tercera campa\u00f1a a nivel de ingresos, tuvo un crecimiento de 300% en facturaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Carrito Abandonado y comportamiento en E-mails previos<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fromdoppler.com\/es\/como-integrar-tu-tienda-vtex\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La integraci\u00f3n nativa con VTEX<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> les permiti\u00f3 traer los productos que el usuario abandon\u00f3 en el Carrito y mostrarlos en el cuerpo del Email. Con el objetivo de que cada usuario en 2 clics, finalice su compra. La Estrategia que utilizaron en este caso fue que, 2 horas despu\u00e9s que el usuario abandon\u00f3 el Carrito le enviaron un Email indicando con un asunto llamativo: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1No dejes que se te escapen! Te guardamos tus productos.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si en 24 horas el usuario no abri\u00f3 ese Email le hac\u00edan un segundo Env\u00edo de recordatorio, y en caso de que la persona abriera el Email pero no hiciera click, tambi\u00e9n se implement\u00f3 un refuerzo con alg\u00fan incentivo de compra, como env\u00edo gratis o un cup\u00f3n de descuento.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Esto ha permitido un crecimiento del 30% de ingresos a trav\u00e9s del Carrito Abandonado, con un promedio de compra de 4 productos por pedido a trav\u00e9s de esta Campa\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron los resultados obtenidos para convertirse en un verdadero Caso de \u00c9xito?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los 3 primeros meses de gesti\u00f3n de Solu junto a Farmalife lograron aumentar la Tasa de Conversi\u00f3n de Email Marketing en un 100%, <\/span><b>lo cual gener\u00f3 un 175% m\u00e1s de transacciones y un 90% m\u00e1s de ingresos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
